The Dubai International Boat Show was a success for Azimut, who participated in the event alongside Elite Yachts, their exclusive dealer for the Gulf under the brand Azimut Yachts Gulf. In this strategic area, new infrastructure is opening up unprecedented opportunities, favouring the development of boating tourism through the modern marinas dedicated to yachts and, in particular, to superyachts.

The growth of Azimut in the Middle East

The company’s success in the Middle East, with +25% growth in turnover year-over-year, is the result of a successful and well structured strategy that seamlessly integrates two fundamental elements leading to customer loyalty: product and service. On the one hand, the wide range of yachts offered by the Italian shipyard stands out for its ability to interpret different lifestyles, responding to the needs of each enthusiast with the latest technology and design solutions. On the other, a crucial role is played by Azimut Yachts Gulf, which has taken on the exclusive management of the Saudi market as well, further consolidating its position for the Group and owners and expanding the brand’s presence throughout the entire region. In support of this client-oriented approach, soon, another 5 new boutiques will be opened in Dubai, Doha, Jeddah and Kuwait, offering an exclusive and immersive experience in Azimut.

The new Azimut Concierge Service

Azimut Yachts Gulf also guarantees constant support in sales and after-sales. To help with this, they recently launched Azimut Concierge Service: an exclusive service providing a multilingual team, 24/7 to respond to any needs both at sea or on land, ensuring bespoke service. Thanks to highly qualified workers and the latest tools, the company provides impeccable service to owners and will soon be opening a new Service Centre in Dubai, for even faster and more efficient service.
