The new and innovative Mangusta Oceano 44 is an ultramodern loft, all glass, charm, and grit, ready to go off to explore the world, created through the partnership between the engineering department of the Group and the designer, Alberto Mancini, who curated the exterior and interior.
A 44-metre long tri-deck, full of technology and elegance that is more than just a simple evolution. The spiritual successor of the multi-award-winning Mangusta Oceano 43, this sealoft gives shape to a new philosophy of global architecture on the water, offering original experiences for enjoying every moment at sea in total comfort.
A relevant aspect of this new model was to keep all the rooms connected together. This was made possible thanks to a system of sliding doors, creating a continuum of solutions and materials achieving the most for life on board.
The beach club is an example: it was interpreted as an area around which social life is centred. With the transom open and the lateral sides opened, this creates a 180° environment flooded in natural light, coming both from the sides and the partially glassed deck above, creating a large yet welcoming space.
The relaxation areas elevate the experience of life on board. Other highlights and characteristics include two infinity pools, positioned on the sun and main decks. The first, on the main deck, is known as “The Island”, and presents itself as a sun island, surrounded by water on all sides, accessed by a teak bridge, for a completely immersive experience in the surrounding environment. The second is located on the vast sun deck with its singular views of the ocean at any time of day.
The large size, like the 104 square metres of sun deck, which, up until now have been unthinkable for vessels in this category, make the Mangusta Oceano 44 a real gem, made even more precious by its interiors: a continuous alternation of warm and cold materials, lacquers and matte wood, marble and leather, representing the most contemporary minimalism.
The owner’s cabin, on the main deck, is connected to the upper deck through skylights on the bottom of the pool, allowing them to enjoy the play of the water and natural light. It also has a completely automated balcony, from where the owner can enjoy their own private view of the ocean.
The living area on the upper deck is truly exclusive. Thanks to the three large sliding doors, that can be fully opened, two of which are to the side, passengers can appreciate the breathtaking views in complete comfort. An elegant layout, with spaces in a continuous dialogue with the exterior, thanks to the use of glass surfaces. The bulwark and swimrail in steel, leave space to the transparent windows embedded directly into the teak, a concept that has added more space, something unthinkable on a traditional tri-deck.
A worldwide yacht, to be enjoyed fully, with its marked and elegant lines in steel and aluminium through to its incredible performance. 4,500 miles of range, up to 16 knots at maximum speed, and 11 knots for cruising speed, with zero speed stabilisers and an underway for maximum comfort. An overwater villa created to truly discover the seven seas and their uncontaminated nature.
