The design of the Sagasu by Hydro Tec, resulting from a partnership with Adam Blackmore, co-founder of ISEO Yachting Limited, has been strategically developed for the APAC, or Asian-Pacific, area. This new partnership is focused on that part of the world, to open further business opportunities in the market of the Far East
SAGASU, HYDRO TEC’S ‘CONTINUOUS SEARCH’
It’s name (in Japanese 探す) means ‘searching for something necessary and desired’; Sagasu is a 48-metre yacht that symbolises the company philosophy of continuously reaching out to new, far off, horizons and stands out for its decisively Asian feel. An explorer to all effects, the Sagasu by Hydro Tec has the space and functionality of larger vessels, while remaining under 500 GT.
There is plenty of flexibility in the use of space, both exterior and interior, favouring both privacy and sociability, seeing as the vessel was designed by Hydro Tec for use by a family or friendship group, as well as for charter. The main focus of the layout is the main saloon, with its ample windows, allowing natural light to flood in, while also offering an uninterrupted view outside.
Sagasu offers the owner private spaces, for their own tranquillity and relaxation, which do not interfere with the lives of the other passengers on board, or the use of the ample outdoor common areas. The owner’s deck includes a lounge area to the stern and a generous terrace of over 70 m2 to be used both day and night, thanks to the presence of a central fireplace and hot tub.
