There is a lot of excitement surrounding the 56th edition of the Düsseldorf Boot, running from 18 to 26 January in the German city. With over 200,000 visitors from over 100 countries, 1500 exhibitors and 220,000 square metres of exhibition space, the Boot is the world’s largest indoor boat show. In Düsseldorf, enthusiasts can choose from a range of different products, from dinghies to sail boats and, of course, luxury yachts.
There is also space for many different water sports: pavilion 17 will be dedicated to board sports like kite surfing, pump foiling, paddle boarding, wake boarding and more. Pavilions 11, 12 and 13 will be dedicated to diving, and in pavilion 14, visitors can practice their canoeing and kayaking across a 90 metre course.
NEWS FROM BOOT
For this newest edition, Düsseldorf Boot has expanded, offering fascinating water-based activities created specifically for young people and those wanting to explore the nautical sector.
In pavilion 15, visitors wanting to practice sailing, will be able to sail in a pool with the help of expert teachers. In pavilion 3, in the “Boating Plaza”, motor boat enthusiasts con find more information on different types of boats and outboards, as well as the different levels of boating licences. Lastly, the exclusive Super Yacht Show Lounge in pavilion 7a is th eplace to go for superyachts.
ITALIAN EXHIBITORS
This large German event will have 1,500 exhibitors from 68 different countries, including Italy. Indeed, 137 Italian businesses will be present throughout the different pavilions at Boot. Of particular note is the presence of Azimut-Benetti, Ferretti Group, Bluegame, Cantieri Capelli, who, in partnership with Yamaha is presenting the world premier of the new Stradivari 52, Mylius Yachts, Sanlorenzo, Sacs Tecnorib, Marinedi, Nautor Swan and Navaltecnosud.
