From 14 to 18 February, boat enthusiasts will be meeting up in Miami, Florida, for the 2024 iteration of the Discover Boating Miami International Boat Show, one of the biggest boat shows in the world, attracting over 100,000 visitors and over 1000 international exhibitors.
The event will be spread across six sites. The landlocked part of the event includes the Miami Beach Convention Center, where visitors can find a wide range of fishing boats, marine engines, boating accessories and on board electronics, and Pride Park, an open air oasis dedicated to interactive games and sensory experiences. Moving on to the piers, the Venetian Marina will host 75 boats available for test drives and visits.
At the Herald Plaza, the largest section of the show, are all motorboats from 9 to 38 metres, along with yacht tenders. Sailboats, catamarans and sailing accessories will be in the Museum Park Marina. The Yacht Haven Miami will be showcasing the most spectacular mega yachts. In total, around 1000 vessels will be on display.
BOAT SHOW EXPERIENCE
The Progressive Boat Show Experience at Pride Park is the ideal space for families who want to have a taste of the boating lifestyle through outdoor activities and games. The new Boat Show Experience offers entertainment including educational seminars, food trucks and sensory experiences, combining the fun of a carnival with the timeless charm of an old port city.
ITALIAN EXHIBITORS
The prestigious American event will have over 1000 exhibitors, including a number of Italian businesses and shipyards, including Azimut Group, premiering their Magellano 30M and the new Fly 72, Sanlorenzo, with fantastic models such as the SD90 and SX88, Ferretti Group, presenting the Riva 82’ Diva flybridge and the Itama 62RS sporty openyacht, as well as Absolute Yachts, Mangusta Yachts, Beneteau and many more.
The Miami Boat Show is also well known for its vast selection of new technology, equipment and boating accessories. In this sector, there are also a number of Italian businesses participating, like Navaltecnosud, Raymarine and Frigomar.
