Construction of the new Amer 41 Steel Explorer Yacht began in Permare’s Pisa shipyard in July. The first plate of the new Amer 41 Steel Explorer Yacht was welded on 25 July in front of the owner, designer, shipyard management and technical team.

The Amer 41 Explorer Yacht, commissioned at the beginning of 2022, will be delivered at the beginning of 2025 and is certain to make a name for itself on the international market. Indeed, the yacht will have an innovative hull in both shape and technology with a new advanced propulsion system that will noticeably reduce consumption and emissions, guaranteeing silence and comfort on board. It is also equipped with a new system for launching and towing tenders quickly and safely.

The designer, Luiz De Basto curated the exterior and interior designs of the new Amer 41 Steel Explorer Yacht, while the naval architecture was entrusted to the Italian company, Optima Design. The concept and design of the superyacht will be presented at the Monaco Yacht Show on Thursday 29 September, at 4pm, in the Design and Innovation Hub.

The Permare shipyard began building vessels under its brand, Amer Yachts in the early 1990s, building over the last 40 years artisan vessels considered to be niche, with over 80 bespoke yachts for Italian and foreign clients. Currently the Permare Group also includes Cantiere Sanremo Ship, Cantieri del Mediterraneo and Cantieri del Ponente.
