Our new feature, “The Frame”: a voyage between art and culture

Chiara Modìca Donà dalle Rose, one of the top experts in Italy, will accompany our readers on a journey to discover more about art and culture, through stories, in-depth articles and interviews

The art world and boating world have never been so close. Over the last few years, more and more shipyards have promoted or sponsored art initiatives, organising exhibitions and installations in some of the most important international events. There is also an increasing number of yacht owners with a passion for art that have transformed their yachts into floating museums. Bringing together these two worlds, seemingly so far apart, is a passion for beautiful things.

And it is beauty, in a broad sense that we will talk about in our new monthly feature, “The Frame”, dedicated to art and culture in all aspects. Curating this feature is Chiara Modìca Donà dalle Rose, one of the top art experts in Italy. Patron, collector, writer, university professor and curator of some of the most prestigious international and national shows, Chiara Modìca Donà dalle Rose will accompany our readers in a voyage through art and culture, with stories, in-depth articles and interviews.

The aim is to share art with as many people as possible, with stories and simple words. The new feature, which starts on Friday 26 July, is not for experts in the field, but for the wider public, because we believe art and beauty should be within everyone’s reach. We would like to thank Chiara Modìca Donà dalle Rose for believing in this project, which is a first for a boating magazine – we are sure it will capture the interest of our readers.
