Ferretti Group held their now traditional press conference during the Düsseldorf Boot, during which they shared their latest news for 2024. With 2023 already being an important year for the Group, who completed the dual listing process on Euronext Milano, listing Italian shares to go alongside the ones in Hong Kong – this year looks to be another promising one.

2024 – stated Alberto Galassi, CEO of Ferretti Group – is kicking off with innovation and sustainability, the two main focuses for boating in the future. El-Iseo, the first full-electric by Riva, is proof that one of the most important shipyards in the world is also the one taking up the challenges of the moment. Here in Düsseldorf, we also premiered the wallypower50, another new product in the Wally range.”

RIVA EL-ISEO, THE FIRST FULL ELCTRIC MODEL

Ferretti brought a fleet of 6 vessels to the German show, with two world premieres. The first is the Riva El-Iseo,a mix of timeless elegance and the latest technology. After presenting the prototype at Montecarlo last year, now the first model of the E-Luxury segment is ready for sale. An elegant runabout of nearly 9 metres, the Riva El-Iseo inherits the sinuous lines of the Iseo, and combines them with a modern and full electric soul.

On board are the characteristics that have made Riva famous around the world, like polished mahogany and steel details, working alongside the modern and linear design of the bridge, creating a contrast between traditional and contemporary design. Riva El-Iseo is equipped with a Parker GVM310 full electric engine by Parker Hannifin, offering unprecedented performance in terms of speed and acceleration, and a high density lithium battery pack supplied by Podium Advanced technologies, with a capacity of 150 kWh and 800V tension.

DEVELOPMENTS FOR WALLY

The German show also saw the début of the new wallypower50, a fast model in the wallypower range, also available in outboard version, the wallypower50X, to reach even faster speeds while still maintaining excellent comfort on board.

Wally also has new developments in sailing, with two new variations coming out in the summer. These are the wallywind110 cruiser-racer, a perfect mix between a bluewater cruiser and a racing yacht, with excellent performance, and the wallyrocket51, designed to win in a number of different competitions thanks to its innovative ultralight displacement characteristics and high performing hull. The wallywhy range has also expanded, with the wallywhy100, which was presented in Venice in December during a private preview and will be exhibited in future boat shows.
