On 30 August 2022, V Marine France transferred its distribution  rights to RCMarine Yachts, who will now distribute Azimut products throughout France. Azimut is the shipyard with the widest range in the world and is a brand of the Azimut|Benetti Group, the biggest private business in the nautical industry today.

The respective leaders, Vincenzo Soria and Ronan Chabot announced this important transfer as a sign of future partnership. The two companies agreed together to guarantee the best customer experience in each of their respective areas. “We are enthusiastic – said Ronan Cabot – to give our contribution to the performance of this great brand and to continue promoting it in France.

I am proud of the results we have achieved in France over these last few years – added Vincenzo Soria – and I am happy with the agreement we have made with Mr. Chabot, who I am certain will be able to continue our work and add further lustre to Azimut Yachts, the brand we represent.

The distribution of Azimut Yachts reinforced RCM’s presence in the boating industry under a new structure: RCMarine Yachts. They will distribute Azimut throughout France, including the exclusive areas of the Atlantic and Mediterranean coasts of the country. The main offices will continue to remain in Cannes.

The Italian territory, covered by V Marine, will continue to remain in the professional hands of the company led by Vincenzo Soria, who, in the last few days, brought together Azimut owners in the splendid location of the Argentario for the 14th Rendez-V Marine.
