When one steps on board the DOM133 Attitude, the 41-metre superyacht presented by Baglietto during the Cannes Yachting Festival 2024, it feels like stepping onto a large floating home. Indeed the name of the range “DOM” derives from the Latin word for home, “domus”. The basic idea of this series of cruisers in aluminium is to offer the highest level of comfort possible, while still satisfying client needs. The Attitude stands out, in particular, for its modern and captivating design, its generous interior space and large outdoor area, thanks to its width of 8.70 metres.
During the French event, the Daily Nautica team went on board this beautiful vessel, together with Tito Luca Molinari, sales manager for Baglietto.
AN OCEAN HOME
Created to be a home on the water, the DOM133 Attitude has been designed to accommodate a large family who would use the vessel for long periods of time and in different ways: this led to an extremely versatile yacht, uniting elegance and functionality. The layout of the vessel is a continuous flow between interior and exterior areas in order to enhance the social atmosphere.
“The exterior of the DOM133 Attitude – explains Tito Luca Molinari to DN – offers direct contact with the surrounding environment. This can be felt, for example, in the aft beach club, designed on two levels: a dining area with sofas and, just below, an infinity pool. When this is not in use, thanks to an up and down movement system, this part of the beach club can be raised in order to have an extended area overlooking the sea.”
Moving on from the beach club is an ample living area with panoramic opening, full height windows and comfortable seating to relax with company. Feeling like at home is, after all, the main inspiration for both the exteriors, by Stefano Viafadis, and the interiors, designed by architect Ezequiel Farca.
LUXURY INTERIORS
Inside, the large full height windows are inspired by the modern architecture of Californian villas. The space is warm and welcoming thanks to the colour choices of hues of beige and browns, and the use of wood for the flooring and walls in durmast slats. Moving towards the bow, at midships, is the kitchen, while from the starboard foyer the master suite is accessed, which includes an office, built in wardrobe, relaxation area and bathroom with central shower. The leather central staircase leads to the guest area on the lower deck, made up of two VIP cabins and another two with single beds. Further forward, with separate access, is the crew area with four double cabins.
