The opening ceremony for the 65th iteration of the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show will be starting shortly. Year after year, the American boat show, which takes place in the city located in south-east Florida, has attracted increasing numbers of visitors, becoming, for all intents and purposes, one of the most important boat shows in the world. This year, professionals and hobbyists will discover the latest from some of the most important international shipyards, in an ever-larger location. The show opens on 30 October and runs through to Sunday 3 November. Over the course of these days, a number of world premiers will be unveiled, and over 1300 vessels will be on display.
NEW EXHIBITION AREAS
The Fort Lauderdale Boat show covers seven sites, each one hosting different sectors in pleasure boating: the Bahia Mar yachting Center, the Las Olas Marina, the Hall of Fame Marina, the SuperYacht Village, the Pier 66 Marina, The Broward County Conference Center and, lastly, the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina.
