We spotted the megayacht Odessa II in Genova while it was coming in to port. A yacht over 73 metres long, built for luxury cruising, whose imposing profile is easy to recognise even at a distance.
The motoryacht Odessa II is exactly 73.17m long and was built by Nobiskrug in Germany, in the Rendsburg shipyard. It was delivered to its owner in September 2013. Its interior was designed by the English studio H2 Yacht Design, while the exterior was designed by Focus Yacht Design.
Odessa II can comfortably accommodate up to 12 passengers for the night in 7 suites. It can also transport up to 19 crew members, who will take the best care of the passengers during the luxury cruise.
On board, passengers will find a beauty parlour, sauna, spa, lift, beach club, gym and jacuzzi on the sun deck, where there is also an outdoor cinema.
The Odessa II has a steel hull, aluminium superstructure, and decks in teak. It has two diesel-electric MTU engines (16V 4000 M60) 16 cylinders 2,393 HP, working at 1800 rotations/minute.
Its cruising speed is around 13, a speed which allows it an autonomy of up to 4,500 miles, while its maximum speed is 18 knots.
