The DOM115 by Baglietto is the entry level model of the popular range of DOM displacement hulls designed by Stefano Vafiadis. The base concept of the design is not changing: like the DOM133, even the DOM115 fits in the with popular style of Baglietto’s displacement hulls. It’s modern and charming design highlights its sporty aspect, and its spaciousness, unique for a 35 metre vessel, as well as the ample panoramic windows opening onto the terrace to allow plenty of visibility outside, and natural light to flood in.
In order to enhance the dialogue between exterior and interior, Baglietto have revealed a new option for the interior, with a simple design and neutral tones. The organisation of the interior space is reinterpreted, losing its classic and formal arrangement and replacing it with a new space, closer desire the lifestyle of a contemporary, modern owner, who desires closer contact with nature and the water.
NEW INTERIOR DESIGN
The interior of the DOM115 is a natural extension of its exterior design, which can also be seen from the outside thanks to the large windows. With this new interior option, also designed by Stefano Vafiadis, the mood is modern and warm, with a simple and timeless style, while still remaining contemporary. Inspired by the great architects of the 1900s, and in particular by Italian Rationalism, the designer wanted to showcase the history of the shipyard. The clean and essential design enhance the beauty and quality of the high end materials used. The neutral tones of beige, grey and light blue, are inspired by current fashion.
Informal and welcoming, luxury is understated. In addition to beauty, the designer tried to achieve maximum functionality, without exaggerating the shape, focussing on function and perfection, responding to the needs of those owners who enjoy living on board fully, making it like home. For this reason, the “residential” and “architectural” style that makes the range stand out is even more convincing. Oak details with a visible grain, light coloured Carrara marble for the bathrooms and soft furnishings contrast alongside the cashmere fabrics, which add a natural touch, untreated leather and metallic finishings create a refined elegance.
THE STERN OF THE DOM115
Like all of the latest Baglietto models, the aft area becomes the ideal space, over three levels that gradually lead down to the water. Differently from her larger sister, the DOM115 has an infinity pool with a view of the water, while the tender is behind in a garage with lateral access, freeing the deck from equipment. Even the DOM115 highlights the high level of personalisation possible with this range, giving space to not only custom interiors, but also layout.
MAN ENGINES
The DOM115 is equipped with two MAN engines, allowing it to reach a maximum speed of 14.5 knots. A hybrid version has also been designed, available on request. Delivery of the first unite is expected for the summer season, while the next unit, currently under construction, will be available for sale with planned delivery in 2026.
