Pardo Shipyard presents the Pardo GT75 at the Cannes Yachting Festival - the newest model of the GT range.
Pardo Yachts’ GT range is growing with the Pardo GT75. During the Pardo Shipyard’s Plenary Press Conference at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2022, the shipyard, led by Gigi Servidati and managed by Fabio Planamente revealed the world première of its newest Pardo Yachts design.
The Pardo GT75 will accompany its little sister the Pardo GT52, showcasing, in its 23 metre length the concepts which have made the GT range stand out. The new flagship of the Pardo Yachts fleet is positioned between the Walkaround and Endurance ranges, with extremely comfortable interior spaces go hand in hand with the hull lines of a high performance 75 footer.
The luxurious and elegant interiors are the perfect frame for the owner who wants to enjoy his boat like a floating villa: spaces have been studied to perfection to optimise each area of the boat, from the living to the night areas. While at the bow and stern, large sun and lounge areas are the perfect place to enjoy close contact with the water.
The versatile character of the GT range has already been seen with the GT52, whose interior layout has two versions: galley up and galley down, transforming the way space is perceived on board. With the Pardo GT75 the size increases, as does its flexible layout, offering a number of combinations, both for the interior and exterior spaces, depending on the needs of the owner.
The central concept of the range is the constant communication between interior and exterior: a continuing dialogue made possible thanks to the fully opening aft door combined with a semi-open roof, the sliding doors leading to both side decks and opening lateral windows.
The new GT75 once again showcases the Pardo Yachts philosophy: to build environmentally respectful yachts with unmistakable design, an emblem of Italian craftsmanship around the world. The waterlines of the GT75, designed by Zuccheri Yachts Design, have the family feeling typical of the Pardo Shipyards. The interior and exterior designs are by the Milanese studio Nauta Design.
The engine used for the new 75 footer is varied: clients can choose between 4 different levels, but all are a part of the Volvo Penta IPS range, for which the hull has been optimised. The standard version includes three D13 IPS900s, but three D13 IPS1350 can be used for a total of 3000 HP.
Choosing the Volvo Penta IPS propulsion system demonstrates Pardo Yacht’s attentiveness in reducing consumption and increasing comfort. The GT75’s engine room is predisposed for a Volvo hybrid engine upgrade, a solution which will soon guarantee performance with less impact on the marine environment.
The GT75’s hull is the result of the latest technology used by Pardo Shipyard, resulting from the skill and experience garnered in over 50 years of business. Thanks to its deep V-shaped hull, safety and comfort are guaranteed, while keeping a careful eye on sustainability: the objective is to always create perfect harmony with the environment in which their owners will be sailing.
