The training ship, the Amerigo Vespucci arrived in Genova to celebrate the arrival of The Ocean Race Europe, the first edition of the European race with finale in the Ligurian capital, with a full calendar of events taking place until Sunday 20 June.

The “most beautiful ship in the world” arrived in Genova a couple days earlier than planned and is now docked at the Molo Vecchio in the Porto Antico, where it will remain until 20 June, the final day of The Ocean Race Europe, then returning out to sea.

The Amerigo Vespucci can be admired from the pier in front of the Magazzini del Cotone but, because of Covid protocols, it cannot be visited.
